Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage or alteration

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
